Increase the printer rack limit from 3 to 6 racks

Why would this be beneficial? :
Three racks fill up fast and slow money generation.
Six racks would give a smoother way to build income and support larger bases.

The change focuses on convenience and base management.
Many players attempt to build a steady income with printers, and three racks create constant interruptions.
Six racks would reduce repetitive trips to collect money and allow stronger base layouts.
It also avoids extreme printer stacking.
